Sarah Grace Champagne, a ninth grader who resides in North Charleston, submitted an application for the Black History Celebration Oratorical Contest 2021 and emailed an essay with a preliminary video presentation. She was accepted for the final competition and was assigned a coach. The final video presentation is Saturday, February 27, 2021, 6-8 pm EST. We hope that you can join and support.
